We keep data collection to the bare minimum needed to book your trip:

• Contact details you volunteer by phone. When you call, you may share your name, phone number, and trip preferences. We use these details solely to respond to you and book your trip.
• Nothing from the trip-request form. Online trip requests are currently unavailable — the form on our Contact page tells you this and does not send, store, or transmit anything you type. When requests are enabled, this policy will say exactly what is sent and where.
• Nothing stored in your browser. This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s local storage. See “Cookies & storage” below. (Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs — see “Third parties we use”.)

• No advertising or cross-site tracking happens on this site today.
• No analytics of any kind — we do not count page views or measure visitors.
• No selling or sharing your personal data with marketers or data brokers.
• No embedded third-party content (map iframes, video embeds) that phones home before you act — directions open in a new tab instead.

This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Revisit this section if we ever add a feature that stores something — we will list it here by name, purpose, and duration before it goes live.

When you share personal data with us, we process it on these grounds:

• Your request. You ask us to call you back or book a trip, and we use your details to do exactly that.
• Running the booking. We keep the records needed to deliver your trip and meet basic legal record-keeping duties.

• See the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Have your data deleted
• Receive your data in a portable format

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed for your booking and basic record-keeping. The site is served over HTTPS everywhere. If online requests are enabled, the booking service that receives your form submission applies its own access and retention practices — ask us and we will tell you which service is connected so you can review its policy.

An honest, complete list:

• Hosting provider — serves this website and may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser, and pages requested) as part of normal operation.
• Booking service — none is connected right now, so nothing you type into the trip-request form is sent anywhere.
• Fonts — all fonts are self-hosted on this domain; no requests are made to third-party font services.
• Phone links — tel: links hand off to your own phone app; nothing is transmitted by this site.

We use no data brokers and no advertising networks.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
